Awesome Almond Cheesecake

While some call this treat a “cake,” we prefer to think of it as a custard pie. This version adds the taste of almonds by way of a dash of extract in the cream cheese filling, sliced nuts on a sour cream topping, and finely chopped nuts embedded in a crumble crust.

Mama Z’s cheesecakes are baked in springform pan with a nine-inch diameter. Because it’s more work and materials on the production side, the price for a whole cheesecake is $35.
