Mark helps by tasting, fetching, stirring, and marketing the goods. He is still an apprentice in the kitchen. On his best days, he carries the label sous-chef.
Vicki Ziese is the mind and hands of Mama Z’s Pies. She learned the craft of the kitchen from her Grandmother who baked, farmed, and raised a family on the plains of Illinois.

Mama Z’s whole pies are prepared upon request and available for sale at Nomad KY. Nomad is located on “the Avenue” in Bellevue, Kentucky and is a fine place to hang out, enjoy music, eat pie, and many other delicious goodies.

Mama Z’s pies are available by the slice at Reality Tuesday Cafe in Park Hills, Kentucky. Tracy Gregg and the gang offer pie in addition to some other (really) scrumptious treats!
