Rhubarb-pineapple

Trying out a new recipe tonight: Rhubarb-pineapple. There is a little lemon zest and orange zest in there too. We'll see how it tastes tomorrow morning. What to call it? Tropical Rhubarb? Rhubarb Aloha?

The top crust thing just happened. A unique pie deserves a unique top.
